About the Role
We’re hiring a proactive, detail-driven, and dependable Marketing Project Manager to help clients succeed by managing the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across web, paid media, content, and onboarding.
You’ll be the go-to project lead for one-time builds (like websites), onboarding new monthly marketing clients, and tracking performance of recurring retainers. From driving timelines to ensuring deliverables are polished and client-ready, you’ll be the linchpin between internal teams and client success.
You’ll act as the project voice of clarity—ensuring expectations, timelines, and results stay aligned. This role is fast-paced, collaborative, client-facing, and ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and process ownership.
This role is 99% remote with potential team gatherings or training 1–2x per year (some years, not at all).

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead project execution and client communications across a range of marketing deliverables—from websites and onboarding campaigns to ongoing reporting, strategy support, partnering with clients to advise and drive their companies forward. This role requires strong ownership, organization, and communication skills—and a passion for delighting clients.
Client Management & Strategy
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, maintaining friendly, professional, and timely communication
Lead strategy sessions with clients and internal teams to align on priorities, messaging, and deliverables
Identify challenges proactively and present solutions independently and collaboratively
Think on your feet to provide timely, strategic recommendations via email and Zoom
Project Execution & Process Ownership
Plan, manage, and execute project timelines across web builds, onboarding, and recurring marketing services
Ensure all tasks are properly scoped, scheduled, assigned, and executed
Drive forward momentum, keeping all contributors accountable and projects on track
Ensure all projects are launched with polish, quality, and timely communication
Use project management tools to keep internal workflows and client status visible and organized
Debrief project learnings and identify repeatable improvements and best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with paid media managers, designers, copywriters, and leadership to deliver high-quality work
Evaluate work for quality and consistency with strategic goals
Review paid media work and provide feedback to ad managers
Translate client feedback and goals into actionable next steps for internal teams

Required Experience
Experience with marketing project management, including campaign or website execution
Familiarity with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads
Bonus: Exposure to CRMs, website platforms, and marketing automation
